On June 25,2012 the Greenville Rec announced that the newly developed Conestee Park,( former 2A Braves Municiple Stadium) 840 W. Mauldin Road Greenville, SC would be the home of the Korean War Veterans Memorial.
A ground breaking was held March 23rd and the all granite Monument was delivered from Elberton, GA and installed on April 16.
A dedication program will take place at 11am June Ist, 2013.
From numerous fund raisers, the members have raised all of the needed funds for the Memorial.
Funds will continue to be received for future maintanance and flag replacement.
